Serious and persistent mental illness, (SPMI), is a group of severe mental health disorders as defined in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual used by mental health professionals to diagnose clients. The SPMI category includes Major Depression, Bipolar Disorders, Schizophrenia and Borderline Personality Disorder. These disorders tend to be disabling.
Choices Psychotherapy provides in-person and telehealth therapy for a variety of mental health concerns. Their providers offer expertise in anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and more, helping children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges.
