About Jesse Beulke

The resiliency of the human spirit to change and improve continues to inspire me in my work. I keep this resiliency and hope at the center of my work with all clients. I believe all aspects of our lives contribute to our mental health and I enjoy discovering how our patterns, beliefs, and environment affect our experience.

It can be difficult to cut through the noise of our fast-paced environment and find genuine peace, purpose, and clarity. Our life experience profoundly impacts our mental health, yet we are not defined by our trauma. I aim to work with each client to balance finding practical solutions with exploring and processing one’s past and present experience. I believe in the importance of developing a collaborative therapeutic relationship in which each person can feel seen, heard, and understood without judgment, and feel empowered to move forward with hope through life’s challenges.

I enjoy working with couples, families, and individuals of all ages and backgrounds. Areas of clinical focus include family systems, couples therapy, anxiety, depression, life transitions, communication, religious trauma, and career challenges and changes. As a musician and former teacher, I also have additional interest in working with students, educators, and musicians. In my work, I draw from the lenses of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Symbolic-Experiential Therapy.

Everyone needs a direction, once in a while.

Meet the providers

Our providers are diverse and in keeping with our vision this allows for choice. We merge personal background and experience, education, creativity, and passion into a professional vision: commitment to diversity in both theory and practice. We make every effort to assign clinicians with respect to a client’s and/or family’s therapeutic and cultural needs.

Think of us as your cheerleaders on the sidelines. You've seen it, the smile, the simple nod of the head. Small gestures that say: we understand, we are listening and we are here for you. That's who we are.
