It is my belief that therapy provides a unique, collaborative atmosphere for clients to create positive change in their lives. In my career I have been fortunate to support adults and adolescents during a variety of challenges related to substance use and mental health through individual, group, family, and couples counseling. Seeing a client manifest the changes they want to see in their lives is truly inspirational.
In therapy I combine solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral, and person-centered therapy to help clients develop practical skills to address immediate concerns as well as providing the opportunity to explore the deeper, underlying issues that affect our day-to-day lives. I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, which uses eye-movements to assist clients in processing the past and envisioning future possibilities

Think of us as your cheerleaders on the sidelines. You've seen it, the smile, the simple nod of the head. Small gestures that say: we understand, we are listening and we are here for you. That's who we are.
