Rachel Moran, MA, LMFT

About Rachel Moran

My life path inspired me to help others with challenges and pains in their own lives. I draw wisdom from over 10 years of experience in mental health, from growing up in a large family, and my years of marriage.

I utilize an integrative approach including techniques from CBT, solution-focused, DBT, systemic, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT). Treatment is collaborative and tailored to meet client’s goals. My focus is on empowering clients in discovering their potential to work through life’s challenges. When indicated, I offer specific strategies in response to clients’ challenges and problems. I have extensive experience in working with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and parenting and family issues.

I have a special interest in perinatal mood disorders and am currently pursuing advanced training in this area.

You have a choice to regain yourself each day and in each moment.

Meet the team

Our clinical team is diverse and in keeping with our vision this allows for choice. We merge personal background and experience, education, creativity, and passion into a professional vision: commitment to diversity in both theory and practice. We make every effort to assign clinicians with respect to a client’s and/or family’s therapeutic and cultural needs.

Think of us as your cheerleaders on the sidelines. You've seen it, the smile, the simple nod of the head. Small gestures that say: we understand, we are listening and we are here for you. That's who we are.
