About Laura Lehman

It takes courage to trust another person with your story and face yourself honestly. Therapy can be a way to connect with our true selves so that we can show up authentically in the world and in relationships.

You are not alone. Together we can work through healing past wounds, your relationship with self and others, or explore which path to take when it is all feeling too much. I believe you are the expert of your life. My hope is to work alongside you- identifying and working on your goals at your individual pace.

My therapeutic approach is relational, non-judgmental, and person-centered. I strive to look at you as a whole person, seeking to identify your strengths that can be utilized as resources. I desire to create a holistic and individualized approach for each client, most commonly drawing from CBT, DBT, narrative, and systemic therapies.

Everyone needs a direction, once in a while.

Meet the team

Our clinical team is diverse and in keeping with our vision this allows for choice. We merge personal background and experience, education, creativity, and passion into a professional vision: commitment to diversity in both theory and practice. We make every effort to assign clinicians with respect to a client’s and/or family’s therapeutic and cultural needs.

Think of us as your cheerleaders on the sidelines. You've seen it, the smile, the simple nod of the head. Small gestures that say: we understand, we are listening and we are here for you. That's who we are.
