I believe everyone has an ability to make positive changes in their lives. To thrive and not just survive. I believe we all have our own source of inner strength, a sense-of-self if you will, to help us to move forward despite the many challenges or difficulties we face. Therefore, I believe everyone has the power to change their lives. To be free from or lessen the burdens that weigh them down. This begins with a safe, welcoming, non-judgmental, differentiated relationship for one to begin the journey towards healing. I strive to provide such a space for client’s to tackle what’s been holding them back. My focus is on empowering clients to discover their potential to make a movement towards what they define as a worth-while life.
I believe we all have our own source of inner strength, a sense-of-self if you will, to help us to move forward despite the many challenges or difficulties we face.
Through an integrative approach that includes techniques from cognitive-behavioral, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, solution-focused, interpersonal neurobiology, attachment theory, and narrative therapies I work collaboratively with individuals, couples, and families to help define their goals and develop a plan for treatment based on the needs and approach that is comfortable for the client.
One of my greatest passions is working with children (8 and up), adolescents, and their families to help each child move in positive directions for their lives. I have over 15-yrs of experience working with children, adolescents, and their families in many different settings giving me a rich understanding of the challenges families face today.
Since receiving my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2010 and my license in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2013, I have worked to try and help my clients change their lives. I believe everyone deserves someone on their side to help them live their best lives, and I consider it an honor and a privilege to be a part of someone’s journey towards healing and wholeness.

Our clinical team is diverse and in keeping with our vision this allows for choice. We merge personal background and experience, education, creativity, and passion into a professional vision: commitment to diversity in both theory and practice. We make every effort to assign clinicians with respect to a client’s and/or family’s therapeutic and cultural needs.
Think of us as your cheerleaders on the sidelines. You've seen it, the smile, the simple nod of the head. Small gestures that say: we understand, we are listening and we are here for you. That's who we are.
