For all of us are navigating life, throughout it, we can find ourselves in a place where we want to change what the landscape looks like. As a therapist with over a decade of experience, I believe that therapy itself is a journey that we choose to be on. As the person choosing to do this, I want you to decide where we go and how fast to get there. I serve as a GPS: I can give you directions, but you are the expert of yourself. My role is to help you get from life what you are looking for.
As someone who is so passionate about the brain and mental health, I have not only spent almost 15 years studying to understand why we experience what we experience, but am constantly driven to continue learning. I study recent research regarding neuroscience to understand how the brain changes the mind and impacts our body and our daily experience.
I provide knowledge and experience. I have multiple training and certifications to help increase the tools to provide you, but I will never state I am the expert. I work to empower others to be their own expert, and in partnership, we work to get you what you want from life.

Think of us as your cheerleaders on the sidelines. You've seen it, the smile, the simple nod of the head. Small gestures that say: we understand, we are listening and we are here for you. That's who we are.
