Dr. Zivkovic has profound knowledge of mood disorders, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, autism, reactive attachment disorder, schizophrenia, grief & loss, relationship difficulties, career issues & difficulties in professional life, difficulties with academic performance, low self-esteem, procrastination, self-sabotage, life transitions, aging or divorce, gender concerns, sexuality issues, conflict or anger management, personality disorders, and many other conditions.

Dr. Zivkovic believes in providing personal tailored care for each patient, which comes by focusing equally on medication management, psychotherapy, and other life choices. He works with his patients to achieve the optimal plan for their care to improve their lives.

Board certifications for Dr. Zivkovic include Child, Adolescent and Adult Psychiatry

Dr. Zivkovic earned his medical degree at the University of Belgrade in 1997 and was practicing psychiatry in Europe prior to coming to United States. After moving to Rochester, Minnesota he completed both, Adult Psychiatry residency and a fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Mayo Graduate School of Medicine.

Dr. Zivkovic is double board-certified with the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology and by the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. He holds a valid Minnesota medical license.

After leaving the Mayo Clinic he worked as a psychiatrist at Canvas Health in the Twin Cities. While there he worked with children, adolescence, and adults with the most intense psychiatric needs. During his 5 years there he was also providing care for high-risk adolescents at a Juvenile Detention Center in Anoka.
