About Sean Grady, MA, LMFT

Over the course of my career, I have worked in various levels of care and settings within the healthcare system. I had the opportunity to work with clients with a wide range of mental health issues and from many unique backgrounds. I have interest and experience working with clients who deal with anxiety-related disorders (GAD, OCD, panic & social anxiety) and depressive disorders.

I work collaboratively with clients to set goals, create a supportive environment and guide clients to help achieve those goals.

My therapeutic approach integrates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution focused and family systems therapy. My style of therapy focuses on empowering clients, helping them to reflect and deconstruct issues to find new ways of managing those issues more effectively. In my personal time, I enjoy playing guitar, walking my dog, spending time with my family, playing tabletop & video games, watching television, film, and sports.
