About Kelsey Finnvik, MS

I believe healing begins with feeling safe, heard, and genuinely understood. My approach is trauma-informed, person-centered, and grounded belief that you are the expert on your own life. I support individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, emotional regulation, and the lasting impact of difficult experiences, including intimate partner violence. My goal is to create a compassionate, judgement-free space where you can slow down, explore what you’re experiencing, build healthier coping skills, and reconnect with yourself.
