About Julie Muggli, MA, LPCC

Mental health is a passion of mine in which I believe all individuals deserve to find peace and harmony within themselves. I am committed to supporting individuals journeying through personal experiences of trauma, anxiety, depression, interpersonal/family conflict, and varying life transitions and stress management.

I believe that developing a safe and trusting relationship is the bedrock of successful therapy. I am honored to join individuals on their personal journey seeking contentment and balance. I am committed to working collaboratively with clients, supporting and encouraging them along their path, identifying strengths and pursuing goals for treatment. I am passionate in my work to heal wounds, explore and create new patterns of thinking, deepen self-acceptance and teach skills to manage the stresses of everyday life.

I look forward to meeting you and supporting you in your journey to bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be.

I have a foundation in cognitive behavioral therapy and incorporate mindfulness based psychotherapy, interpersonal therapy, supportive therapy and psychoeducation into many of my sessions, tailoring to each unique individual and need.
