About Corinne Larson

I believe that the therapy process is symbolic of the lotus flower. In eastern traditions, the lotus flower is known as a symbol of enlightenment, rebirth, and triumph over obstacles. It starts out growing in a pond that is rooted deep in mud. In order to bloom, it must make its way through the murky water until it emerges and blooms in the sun. I believe that therapy can help people attain enlightenment. We all have the ability to grow and have the answers within ourselves, yet therapy can help us reach the light.

As a former educator and Army veteran, I value working with people to reach new limits that they may not have known possible. I understand that working on goals that incorporate people’s individual values is essential to the therapy process. I also believe that integrating mind-body techniques is vital to help clients fully discover a life that’s truly fulfilling and meaningful.

I enjoy working with clients with diverse backgrounds and those that are motivated to learn, grow, and willing to make meaningful changes in their lives.
I help clients transform the narrative that prevents freedom and change and turn their story into one they can celebrate and appreciate using a variety of modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Strengths-based therapy, and Mind-Body Medicine techniques.

Everyone needs a direction, once in a while.

Meet the providers

Our providers are diverse and in keeping with our vision this allows for choice. We merge personal background and experience, education, creativity, and passion into a professional vision: commitment to diversity in both theory and practice. We make every effort to assign clinicians with respect to a client’s and/or family’s therapeutic and cultural needs.

Think of us as your cheerleaders on the sidelines. You've seen it, the smile, the simple nod of the head. Small gestures that say: we understand, we are listening and we are here for you. That's who we are.
