Choices Psychotherapy returns as a sponsor for Emotions In Motion: 5K Run/Walk for Mental Health

St. Louis Park, MN (July 24, 2017) – Choices Psychotherapy announces its sponsorship of the Emotions in Motion: 5K Run/Walk for Mental Health, an event organized by the Suicide Awareness Voices of Education (save.org).

This event is intended to help spread awareness of suicide prevention and help reduce the stigma of suicide. Emotions In Motions: 5K Run/Walk for Mental Health is an event for every age group and will revolve around a 5K Fun Run/Walk starting at Lake Harriet Pavilion. The day’s events will include a resource fair, silent auction, kids corner, loved ones tent, and food after the race. Don’t forget to bring your furry friends; dogs are welcomed at this event!

The 5K run/walk will take place on Saturday, August 5, 2017, at Lake Harriet Band Shell in Minneapolis MN. Online registration closes at 5 P.M. on Friday before the walk. However, anyone who would like to participate can register on-site at the walk! SAVE was one of the nation’s first organizations dedicated to the prevention of suicide and was a co-founding member of the National Council for Suicide Prevention.
